Say Again, Tim Walz, About Political Imprisoning?
Tim Walz in the VP Debate on Tuesday claimed that Trump has a plan to throw political foes in prison.
JD Vance didn't counter with how that is pretty ironic. And false.
So I will.
The Harris/Biden administration has deputized US, NY, and GA prosecutors Jack Smith (US, courtesy of US AG Merrick Garland), Alvin Bragg and Letitia James (Manhattan DA and NY State respectively), Fani Willis (Fulton Co, GA) to put Trump in prison.
In fact, yesterday biased Judge Tanya Chutkan overseeing the J6 case which was largely dismissed by the US Supreme Court earlier this year, opened up a sealed new indictment by Jack Smith to influence the election over the next 30 days. This despite long-standing US Department of Justice policy to NOT interfere with elections in the 90 days leading up to an election with indictments and trials, which are obvious instruments to sway voters. Very crooked. And the contents of the indictment are a re-hash which has already been dismissed as trash.
Just as crooked was the civil lawsuit against Trump with no facts or evidence by "victim" E. Jean Carroll, only made possible by the crooked New York State Assembly writing a targeted extension (ex post facto) of the statute of limitations specifically for her case. The reason for statutes of limitations is obvious: people invent testimony from thin air, run away with their imaginations, forget things, and make up "evidence" from whole cloth. Exactly what happened. She had no dates, no corroborating testimony, nor any physical evidence. Yet, of course, Trump was found guilty, and then found guilty again of speaking to defend himself as "libel". A joke, if it wasn't so serious. Carroll is supposed to get 1/2 of a billion dollars in "damages"!
Bragg, at the behest of NY AG Letitia James who campaigned for election on putting Trump away, is trying to jail Trump over 34 counts (really it is one accusation, not 34) that his accountant overstated the value of real estate collateral to get loans. The loans were re-paid, the banks involved did their own appraisals and were not tricked or even able to be tricked, and the real estate was actually worth at least what Trump claimed in the loan application. No harm was done to anybody. At worst you could argue it was a misdemeanor paper error. But it was vaulted into 34 felony counts by a Trump-hating jury in NYC. Sentencing is scheduled to happen after the election, and the "convicted felon" likely to get prison time by a NY judge whose daughter works for the DNC as a fundraiser!
Meanwhile Smith is still trying to re-ignite his dead case in Florida over the "national security documents" which were obtained in an unprecedented FBI raid on an ex-president's home. Joe Biden, who as a Senator and VP, had no executive declassifying powers was let off the hook (remember the Corvette garage stack of classified docs?) because he has dementia. Trump, because he is sentient and alert, enjoys no such DOJ protection, even though he had full executive powers to declassify what he took out of the Oval Office as a sitting president. Which he was at the time, and which he did!
Fani and her lover Nathan Wade botched the "Georgia election interference" case with bias in the prosecution to falsely claim Trump acted illegally in asking Gov. Brian Kemp to "find more votes" (nothing wrong with seeing if all the ballots have been counted - they could have gone either way). But it turns out that Fani and Nathan kept no receipts on their love bird vacations where Nathan repaid Fani for his plum assignment as chief prosecutor for her. Fani said they used cash because her family told her as a child to always use cash! Huh! LOL!
So, Tim Walz, are you crapping me? Who is trying to put whose political enemies in prison?
Did Trump direct his DOJ to go after Hilary Clinton? No. He did not.
But your team of Harris and Biden very much have. Completely inappropriately. Visciously. And even trying to remove Trump from primary and November ballots in state after state, interfering with the 2024 Election. Officially from the White House, where creatures like Fani Willis visited and coordinated in multiple meetings at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. What possible other business does Fulton County's Prosecuting Attorney have with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris? Putting Trump in prison, that's what.
